CRNA's for Southern Oregon, W2 ($360k) / 1099 ($400k), 8-13 weeks PTO This is a highly rewarding CRNA position designed for providers seeking strong compensation, autonomy, and a diverse clinical experience. You'll enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7am to 5pm, with a manageable 1:5 call rotation - CRNAs take first call with MD backup, totaling up to six call days per month including at least one weekend.

Compensation is highly competitive, with options of $360K as a W2 with 8 weeks off or $400K as a 1099 with 13 weeks off, plus additional paid call and beeper pay (details to be discussed). A generous $30,000-$50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are also offered. Clinically, you'll work across a wide variety of cases including general, ortho, GYN, ENT, podiatry, urology, spine, vascular, trauma (Level III), healthy pediatrics, and a strong focus on regional anesthesia.

The role spans both the main hospital OR and an ambulatory surgery center, with a collaborative and independent model - allowing you to practice at full scope while performing your own regionals.
