Hours: Full-time, Onsite
Compensation: At or above $350,000, commensurate with experience
- Credentialing, licensure, billing, and collections assistance,
- The ability to change facilities, hours, and roles within IPC's partner organizations,
- Administrative support for office management, allowing you to focus fully on your patients,

- Provide quality-driven care in an outpatient-focused setting.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing treatment for an Adult-only, diverse, patient population.
- Guide, collaborate with multi-disciplinary team of MAs, Nurses, LCSWs, and Techs.
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for caseload.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Full-time, on-site position - 40 hours per week.
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Washington required or ability to obtain.
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
