Hospital employed | 4 day work week | Blocked Endo Days | $605,626 starting salary

Summary:

Join a practice built on strong collaboration between our providers as we continue to expand due to patient demand. Work in the beautiful Skagit Valley, located just north of Seattle, Washington. 4 day schedule with blocked Endo days and 5 weeks off a year.

Highlights:

  • Collaborate with team of five (5) physicians and four (4) PAs. Physician Assistants assist with consultations, follow-up clinic appointments and patient overflow. On demand services also available for our patients to utilize, when appropriate.
  • You would have 1:1 dedicated MA support for your clinic day, along with support from RNs and surgery schedulers.
  • 1:6 weekly call shared among the providers within the group. Call is supported by our 24/7 reliable hospitalists onsite with support available from specialists throughout Skagit Regional Health.
  • Rotation to a satellite clinic 30 minutes away in Arlington, WA may be required.
  • Practice in a new, state-of-the-art clinic and Endoscopy Suite located in the Mount Vernon Surgery Center. Inpatient Endoscopy units are available at Skagit Valley Hospital, located across the street from the clinic, that is equipped with the latest equipment.
  • Our Gastroenterology practice has the support of a thriving referral network from our in-house primary care providers, ensuring a substantial patient volume from day one.
  • Teaching opportunities exist with Medical Students from PNWU and Residents from our own SRH Residency Program.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an ACGME accredited Gastroenterology fellowship program.
  • Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
  • Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment
  • The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
