Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours
Practice setting: Outpatient cancer centers
Schedule: Monday _ Friday, 8:00 AM _ 4:00 PM
Call: None
Patient volume: Approximately 20 outpatient and 1 inpatient per day
EMR: Mosaiq and Epic
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 _ 120 days

Clinical Responsibilities
Delivery of radiation oncology treatments including conventional and advanced modalities
External beam radiation therapy including 3D CRT, IGRT, and IMRT
Stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy
Treatment planning and patient management
Ordering imaging and diagnostic tests
Prescribing radiation therapy and monitoring patient progress

Support Structure
Radiation oncology team with physician and APP support
Multidisciplinary cancer care environment

Requirements
Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
Ohio license or ability to obtain
BLS certification required
Self Query NPDB report required at time of presentation
