* Located in Escondido, CA - just 30 miles from San Diego
* Full-time, permanent opening
* 100% inpatient obstetrics
* L&D coverage, OB triage, antepartum/postpartum care, ED consults
* Day and night shifts
* Open to block scheduling for traveling physicians
* Level III NICU onsite
* Access to advanced medical technology and equipment

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage labor and deliveries, ensuring safe and effective maternal care
* Provide full-spectrum OB services, including prenatal, antenatal and postpartum care
* Collaborate with local physicians and our multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality, patient-centered outcomes
**Qualifications:**
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
* Board certification (or eligibility) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Valid medical license to practice in California
* Strong surgical skills and experience managing obstetric emergencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
