Overview
NNPs - Shape the Future of Neonatal Care in Sunny Central Florida
Responsibilities
- Level III NICU with 30 private rooms
- Average daily census of 25 NICU patients
- Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries
- Attend highrisk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30bed wellbaby nursery
- 24hour shifts, averaging 7–8 shifts per month for excellent worklife balance
- Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs
- Onsite MFM support, pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours
- Exceptional new graduates encouraged to apply—robust support and mentorship available
- 910bed tertiary referral center
- Level II Trauma Center and Level III NICU
- One of the busiest singlesite emergency departments in the nation
- Recognized by U.S. News & World Report (2024) as High Performing in seven specialties, including maternity care

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
- Minimum of a master’s degree
