Job Description
Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established, high-performing private practice in beautiful Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Practice Overview
Join a respected group of 8 physicians, 2 advanced practice providers, and 5 audiologists dedicated to delivering comprehensive, compassionate, and high-quality care. The practice offers a balanced mix of clinic and surgical work with excellent operational support.
Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Outpatient clinic: 4–5 days per week
- Outpatient surgery: 1–2 days per week
- Inpatient surgery: 1–2 days per month
- Practice call schedule: 1:4 (first year)
- Compensated hospital call available
- Patient volume: ~30 patients per day
- Dedicated medical assistant support
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for or currently holding an Arizona medical license
