- About 7 days per month
- 24 hour weekend call coverage
- Outpatient and inpatient coverage
- Census of approximately 8 patients
- 2 days weekday clinic with potential call following
- Potentially 1-2 days weekday call only
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
