PRN Nocturnist Advanced Practice Clinician in Birmingham, AL

TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a PRN nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our highly skilled hospital medicine team at St. Vincent's East! In this role, you will work as-needed night shifts from 6:30pm to 6:30am, offering a highly flexible schedule. This position also serves as a great opportunity for a clinician interested in transitioning to a full-time role in the future, should an opening become available.
 
St. Vincent's East

• 362-bed comprehensive acute-care facility
• EMR: Cerner
• Inpatient clinician experience highly preferred 
• Primary responsibilities include admissions, discharges, and rounding within the facility

 
Position Overview

• PRN (as-needed) schedule with maximum flexibility
• Night shifts: 12-hour shifts (6:30p-6:30a)
• Minimum PRN commitment: availability to work at least three (3) shifts within a six-month period
