- Ongoing ED call with flexible weekend coverage
- Low callback volume with predictable workload
- Strong local ortho support team
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Call Only
- Start date: 11/24/2026
- End date: Ongoing
- Schedule: ~9 call shifts/month (1–2 weekends/month)
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- ED call for ortho cases (assigned & unassigned)
- Focus on hips, knees, fractures
- Avg ~10 inpatient ortho patients
- 10% callback | 15 min response | 30 min arrival
**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
- Active license (no specific state required to bid)
- BLS & ACLS
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
