**Locums | CV Surgery PA | Clinic + Call | Silverdale, WA**
**Why This Role**
- High-acuity cardiothoracic role with strong OR exposure
- Balanced clinic + hospital + call schedule
- Established team with experienced surgical support
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Clinic + Call
- Start date: ASAP (3+ month credentialing)
- End date: 6–9 months-
- Schedule: M–F + 1–2 weekday call + weekend call
- Practice setting: 95% inpatient / 5% clinic
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- CV surgery: CABG (on-pump), valve repair/replacement
- ICU + post-op management
- 1–2 surgeries/day | 5–10 patients/day
- Central lines, ventilation, acute care management
**Requirements**
- PA with cardiothoracic surgery experience (OR + ICU)
- Active WA license
- Clean malpractice history
- Local candidates strongly preferred
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Included in rates
- Travel: Local only (no flights preferred)
