Location: Hershey, PA _ approximately 15 miles east of Harrisburg
Dates: ASAP _ 12/31/2026
Rate: 260/hour
Scheduling: Full-time
Malpractice & travel/lodging expenses are included.
Job Details
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours
Practice setting: Outpatient procedural and surgical setting
Schedule: 10 hour or 12 hour shifts
Shift options: 8:30 AM _ 7:00 PM or 6:30 AM _ 7:00 PM
Call: None
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
Providers requested: 3
No guaranteed hours
Clinical Responsibilities
Assess, prepare, and manage patients for anesthesia care
Perform pre anesthetic evaluations and post operative assessments
Develop and implement anesthetic plans
General anesthesia
Spinal anesthesia
MAC anesthesia care
Airway management
Invasive monitoring and line placement
Coverage for orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics age 5 and up, endoscopy, robotic surgery, gynecology, ENT, and NORA cases
No hearts, OB, or blocks
Support Structure
Large academic hospital environment
Other anesthesia providers onsite
Medical direction model
CRNA to anesthesiologist ratio: 2:1 or 3:1
Requirements
Board Certified CRNA
Active Pennsylvania license required
State License Requirement: Pennsylvania license only, IMLC not accepted
ACLS certification required
BLS certification required
PALS certification required
Minimum 1 year experience required
Able to work independently and hit the ground running
References required at submission
DEA not required in Pennsylvania for this role
