**Locums | Cardiothoracic Surgery NP | Clinic + Call | Silverdale, WA**
**Why This Role**
- High-acuity cardiothoracic surgery role with OR and ICU exposure
- Consistent weekday schedule with call
- Established team with strong support staff
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Clinic + Call
- Start date: As soon as credentialed
- Duration: 6–9 months
- Schedule: M–F + 1–2 weekday calls and weekend call
- Call: Night call 5p–7a
- Setting: 95% hospital | 5% clinic
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- Adult patients only
- 5–10 patients/day | 0–3 admissions
- ICU: 2–7 | Surgeries: 1–2/day
- Procedures: CABG (on pump), valve repair/replacement
- OR + ICU management required
**Requirements**
- Certified NP
- WA license
- Cardiothoracic surgery experience (OR + ICU)
- Clean malpractice preferred
- Local candidates preferred (no flights)
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
