Job Description

Join a well-established OB/GYN team in western North Dakota with a highly competitive compensation package, visa sponsorship (J1/H1B), and strong mentorship support. Practice full-scope medicine with a collaborative team, manageable call, and excellent resources. Highly competitive compensation: $450K base (first 2 years) + productivity upside and a $200k retention bonus.
J1 waiver & H1B sponsorship available, open to new grads and experienced physicians.
Work alongside an OB/GYNs and 2 APPs with mentorship and strong support.
Clinic located across from hospital; perform deliveries and surgeries; 1:5 shared call.
