About the Role

• 5-day a week (weekdays), covering three facilities in Panama City, FL
• No evenings or weekends work requirements
• Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding days, round and go environment, and 48-hours allowed for chart completion (remote charting preferred)
• Autonomous work environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
• Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions

• Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated compensation range of $70,872 to $83,846 annually with no cap on productivity income

Qualifications

• LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Florida (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role)
• A minimum of 1 year experience preferred as an LMHC/LMFT post program completion
• Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with older adult populations
