• 7am - 7pm schedule with 7 on 7 off rotation
• 10 - 15 patients per day on days, 5 - 10 admits on swings
• 3 - 6 admissions on nights
• Open ICU with intensivist via tele available
• No procedures required -- doctor manages codes
