**Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – OB/GYN**
**Location: Wenatchee, WA**
**Experienced NP or PA with a strong passion for women’s health

• Position in a well-established women’s health practice.
• Compensation: $129,000–$150,000 annually plus RVU bonus potential
• Practice setting: Outpatient-only role with no call requirements
• Clinical scope: Management of general gynecologic conditions and new OB overflow patients, with opportunities to expand into procedures based on training, certification, and credentialing
• Patient volume: Approximately 17–20 patients per day once fully ramped up
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Technology: Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Employer type: 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
• Loan repayment: Eligible for internal and government-sponsored loan repayment programs (including NHSC/WSAC)

Compensation & Benefits:
• Signing bonus and relocation stipend of $5,000 (paid with first paycheck)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong passion for women’s health
• Eligible for or able to obtain an active Washington State license
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation
• Willingness to relocate to and live in Wenatchee, Washington
