Job Description

Join a small, patient-focused facility providing care to rehab and post-acute patients. We’re seeking an experienced Hospitalist with 2+ years in LTAC, SNF, Rehab, or acute care hospitalist settings.

What You’ll Do:

Round on rehab patients Monday–Friday
Manage care plans and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
