Job Description

Urgent opening for a full-time hospitalist physician at a high-performing community hospital in northwestern Minnesota, offering a balanced workload and exceptional quality of life. Physicians average 16 patient encounters per day and manage med-surg and ICU patients in a modern 36-bed Level III trauma center recently recognized as a Top 20 Rural Hospital in the Nation.

This position offers a 7-on / 7-off schedule with flexible day and night rotation and a true 1.0 FTE averaging 24 weeks per year. Day shifts are supported by an APP partner, six on-site physician colleagues, and additional regional hospitalist, specialty, and intensivist support. The environment is highly collaborative and physician focused.

Candidates must be BC/BE internal medicine or BC/BE family medicine physicians with hospitalist experience or fellowship training.

Located near Fargo with access to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, the community offers excellent schools, low cost of living, and year-round outdoor recreation in a lakefront setting.

Compensation starts at $350,000, with additional bonus and incentive opportunities. This is a high-demand role with limited availability.
