**Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist**
**Location: Moultrie, GA**
**Board Certified/Eligible (must obtain certification within 5 years if eligible)**
• Full-time opportunity to join a collaborative team with additional support from established, board-certified psychiatrists
• Practice located within a modern, state-of-the-art medical education center on a hospital campus
• Facility includes access to a physicians’ lounge, 24-hour fitness center, simulation labs, and conference spaces
Position Highlights:
• Competitive guaranteed salary commensurate with experience, plus annual cost-of-living adjustment
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Opportunity to precept and mentor medical students and residents
• Work in a supportive academic and clinical environment with access to advanced facilities
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric disorders in children and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy and medication management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, primary care providers, and educators
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in case discussions, consultations, and care coordination efforts
• Stay current with advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry
