**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Clinic Only

- End date: Ongoing (vacation coverage, up to 2 weeks at a time)
- Schedule: Mon–Fri 8a–4:30p
- Setting: Outpatient
- EMR: Epic (EMR), Mosaiq (RT)

**Clinical Details**
- 18–30 patients per day
- Adult patient population
- Radiation therapy procedures including IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Radiation Oncology
- Active OH license
- BLS/ACLS
- NPDB self-query (within 30 days)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
