Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- BLS required
- Additional certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor resident condition and vital signs
- Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Educate residents and families on conditions, treatments, and care plans
- Accurately document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
