Adelphi seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver school-based services to students with severe disabilities in Jefferson City, Missouri. Working within a collaborative, classroom-integrated model, the SLP will provide on-site and/or teletherapy services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Required qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Missouri SLP license
• ASHA CCCs preferred
• Experience with pediatric and severe disabilities populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs and IDEA

Key responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy and interventions consistent with students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations, write treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and related staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
• Prepare and maintain documentation, progress notes, and required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with reporting and goal development
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and district policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
