Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and progress.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members; assist with procedures as needed.
• Accurately document all nursing activities, assessments, education, and interventions in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce order and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
