- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a laboratory environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist pathologists with surgical specimen gross examination
- Prepare, dissect, and describe tissue specimens
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory analysis
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of samples
- Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas
- Follow safety, infection control, and quality protocols
- Assist with autopsy procedures when required
- Document findings and maintain accurate records
