Join a growing outpatient team in Beloit, Wisconsin, where you’ll practice full-spectrum family medicine in a supportive, team-based environment. This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible four-day work week and light on-call expectations (phone-only, shared rotation).

What you’ll care for

• Patient mix: pediatrics through geriatrics
• Scope: routine preventive care, acute visits, chronic disease management, consults and follow-ups
• Clinical focus: general outpatient family medicine with opportunities to collaborate across specialties within the health system

• Setting: outpatient clinic using Cerner EMR
• Backup: easy access to multi-specialty support across the health system
• Support: dedicated clinical and operational staff, with physician and operations leadership oversight

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (BC/BE)
• Active Wisconsin medical license or eligible to apply
• DEA registration and BLS as required
• Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care

Typical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for all ages
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and deliver preventive health services
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and specialty colleagues
• Keep timely, accurate medical records
