Join a physician-led multispecialty health system in Beloit, Wisconsin, as a full-time orthopedic surgeon. This permanent role supports adult patients across hospital, outpatient clinic, and ambulatory surgery center settings. The schedule is full-time (details to be discussed) with a 1:4 on-call rotation.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care for adult patients, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op management.
• Perform procedures in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments.
• Manage consults, admissions, rounding, and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams, anesthesia, and experienced nursing and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Cerner.

Clinical focus and caseload

• General orthopedic surgery with opportunities to treat upper extremity conditions.
• The position welcomes new graduates as well as experienced surgeons who are comfortable with a broad general orthopedic practice.

Qualifications and compliance

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA registration and certifications such as BLS and ACLS as required.
• Standard credentialing process applies.
