Schedule: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM
Rate: Local: $1,087 / 36 hours
Requirements:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
- BLS certification
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
- Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing
- Provide ongoing patient assessments, interventions, and document progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist with clinical procedures
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records; document all nursing activities and education
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise patient conduct
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
