Scope of Practice

• Patient population: Pediatrics (well-child, acute, chronic)
• Daily volume: 16–22 clinic patients/day; low inpatient census
• Inpatient care: Limited admissions and rounding; Level II nursery newborn care
• Consults/follow-ups: Expected
• Transfers: Tertiary transfer support to Milwaukee, Madison, Rockford

Team & Facility

• Department: Physician-led multi-specialty group
• Support: Dedicated pediatric and clinical support staff
• Beds: Level II nursery available
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Board: BC/BE in Pediatrics
• License: Active WI medical license or eligibility to apply
• Certifications: DEA, BLS, PALS (as required)
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Other: Commitment to patient- and family-centered care
