- Patient population: Adults
- Services: Consults and follow-ups for general endocrinology, diabetes management, thyroid disorders, and metabolic conditions
- Practice focus: Outpatient care, chronic disease management, individualized treatment plans

- Team: Experienced clinical support staff; access to multi-specialty backup within health system
- Leadership: Physician and operations leadership support

Credentials & Compliance
- Board: BC/BE in Endocrinology required
- License: Active WI license or eligibility to apply
- DEA and other required certifications as applicable

- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care, diagnose and manage endocrine/metabolic disorders, develop treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate documentation
