- Ability to work in fast-paced, diverse care environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care across ED, Med-Surg, and Skilled Nursing units
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
- Respond to emergencies and changes in patient status
- Adapt to varying patient acuity and unit workflows
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Support patient care, safety, and unit operations
- Document care and patient status in the EMR
