Night Shift RN Skilled Nursing in Quincy, CA | Full-Time, Long-Term Care Friendly

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a skilled nursing team in Quincy, CA. This full-time, night-shift position is available ASAP and is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on nursing in a long-term care setting and values collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and safe medication administration skills
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members

What you’ll do

• Provide and coordinate day-to-day nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols
• Monitor resident conditions closely, document care accurately, and report changes promptly
• Work alongside CNAs, therapists, social workers, and providers to support individualized care plans
• Follow facility policies and meet regulatory and documentation requirements
