Coverage: Clinical only; supplemental coverage
Coverage period: ASAP – ongoing
Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; part-time ~4 days/month (1 day/week or 2 days twice monthly)

Patient population: Adults and geriatrics
Volume: 15–20 clinic patients/day; 5–10 surgeries/day
Rounding: As needed
Case mix: General urology (clinic visits and surgical procedures)

Required procedures:

• Macroplastique injections
• Botox injections
• Stone removals
• TURP and TURB
• Biopsies and general urologic surgeries

Facility:

• 18-bed critical access hospital, Adult Level IV trauma
• EMR: Athena (clinic), Medhost (hospital)
• Standard urology clinic and surgical equipment
• Experienced surgical team and dedicated clinic nurse available

Privileges & compliance:

• Hospital privileges required
• Credentialing timeline: ~90 days

Requirements:

• MN license or IMLC eligible
• Board certified
• DEA required
• ACLS, BLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year urology experience
• Experience with open and laparoscopic procedures
• Strong bedside manner and communication skills

Duties:

• Provide outpatient urology care and perform scheduled surgical procedures
• Manage clinic and operative cases
• Collaborate with nursing staff and surgical team
• Maintain accurate documentation in Athena and Medhost EMRs
