Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- BLS and ACLS required
- Previous Pre-Op and/or PACU experience required
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Support unit manager in daily Pre-Op and PACU operations
- Coordinate staffing, assignments, and patient flow
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Monitor patient safety, recovery, and post-anesthesia care
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Serve as resource and mentor to nursing staff
- Assist with staff evaluations, education, and performance improvement
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
