- Assess, monitor, and document patient health during treatment.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other prescribed treatments.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and side effects.
- Collaborate with the oncology care team.
- Respond to treatment-related adverse events.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Provide psychosocial support to patients and families.
- Follow clinic policies, safety standards, and regulations.
