• Shift Schedule: approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (standard business hours)
• Shift Type: Days
Requirements:
• Valid Texas Medical License, or willingness to obtain within 180 days
• Completion of an accredited residency program (ACGME or AMA approved)
• BC/BE
• At least five years of leadership or management experience in clinical program operation
• Prior experience in correctional healthcare or institutional medical settings
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with physicians and clinical teams
• Clean record of malpractice and licensing history
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing medical teams
• Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary healthcare environments
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
• Must be licensed Psychologist by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists , Completion of an APA-accredited internship
