Clinical Psychologist Bilingual (Spanish) Leadership Role, Correctional Healthcare — Dallas, TX

Join a Dallas-based, full-time clinical psychology role supporting institutional and correctional healthcare services. This daytime position (approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) starts ASAP and requires strong clinical leadership, program management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Required qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists; willing to obtain Texas licensure within 180 days if not already licensed
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship
• Completion of an accredited residency program (ACGME or AMA approved) and BC/BE status where applicable
• Minimum five years’ leadership or management experience in clinical program operations
• Prior experience in correctional healthcare or institutional medical settings
• Demonstrated success recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing clinical teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Clean malpractice and licensing record; most recent NPDB self-query report dated within the last 30 days
