Join a mobile Street Psychiatry team delivering community-based outpatient care to unhoused adults across the Greater Bakersfield area. This locum tenens role provides supplemental clinical coverage on an ongoing basis, with an immediate start.

Primary responsibilities

• Provide field-based psychiatric evaluation and treatment for unhoused individuals
• Deliver medication management and engage clients in ongoing pharmacologic care
• Coordinate with the mobile clinic team and community partners to facilitate access to services
• Document care in SmartCare EMR

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active California medical license
• DEA registration (or X-waiver)
• BLS certification
• Prior street psychiatry or outreach experience preferred
