Join Adelphi as a Licensed Vocational Nurse supporting student health in an Austin, Texas school. In this contract role you’ll work Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, providing hands-on nursing care and partnering with school staff to keep students safe and healthy. Compensation is $35/hour.
What we’re looking for:
- Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program
- Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Deliver school-based nursing services, including treatments ordered by physicians
- Monitor student health and document observations and care
- Collect and manage health data accurately
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings when needed to support student care plans
- Perform other assigned duties that support student health and school operations
