Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous perioperative OR experience required
- Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily OR operations and staff assignments
- Provide direct perioperative patient care as needed
- Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols and infection control standards
- Serve as a clinical resource and support for OR nursing staff
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with scheduling, case flow, and emergency situations
