Join a Morristown, VT team as an ED Registered Nurse Supervisor on a contract/travel assignment. This role starts ASAP, offers varied shifts, and pays $2,434 per 36-hour period.

Core requirements:

• Active RN license; graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
• Previous Emergency Department experience required
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Lead ED operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient patient flow, triage, and throughput
• Deliver direct care for high-acuity patients and respond to emergencies
• Supervise and support nursing staff, guiding clinical decision-making and resolving conflicts
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Oversee staffing assignments and assist with resource management
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards; escalate care as appropriate
