Requirements:

- BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
- Previous Labor & Delivery experience required
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Labor & Delivery unit
- Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and unit assignments
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and support high-risk cases
- Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Serve as clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
- Respond to obstetric emergencies and escalate care as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support staff education, performance, and quality initiatives
