- Provide nursing care to post-acute and long-term care residents
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Assist with care planning and rehabilitation support
- Perform wound care and basic procedures within scope
- Supervise CNAs and support staff
- Educate residents and families on care plans
- Document care and resident status in the EMR
