Requirements:

Minimum 2 years current experience in Outpatient Oncology & Infusion
MUST BE CHEMO CERTIFIED
Port/Catheter/Fistula experience
IV Cert/Peripheral IV Insertion experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Previous travel experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
BSN - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Active American Heart Association BLS
Active American Heart Association ACLS
Active Chemotherapy/BiotherapyCertification ONS/ONCC
All licenses/certs must be current
Permanent address
