- Patient census: Waukesha ICU ADC 15–18; Oconomowoc ICU ADC 1–3
- Admissions: Yes
- Rounding: Daily rounding required

- Case mix: Critical care / ICU patients
Facility & Clinical Support
- Beds: Waukesha 300 beds (24 ICU); Oconomowoc 156 beds (11 ICU)
- EMR: Epic
- Equipment: Standard ICU monitoring and critical care equipment
- Specialty backup: Cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, neurosurgery, neurology, nephrology
- Support staff: MD + APP day team; APP night with MD on-call

- Hospital privileges required; cross-credentialing at both facilities required

Required Procedures & Clinical Tasks
- Management of critical care patients
- Ventilator management
- ICU rounding, patient assessment, and monitoring
- Telemedicine support across facilities as needed
- Accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
Provider Requirements
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin license required
- DEA: Active DEA required
- Board: Board certification required
- Certifications: ACLS required
- Experience: Recent critical care experience required
- Documentation: Case logs for past 2 years and vaccination records required
- Flexibility: Must be able to work both day and night shifts
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care services in the ICU
- Manage complex cases and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Perform daily rounds and patient assessments
- Provide telemedicine support and phone consults as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital protocols
