Join a busy outpatient hematology/oncology practice in Seaside, OR, covering adult patients in a supportive team environment. This locum tenens role begins June 15, 2026 and continues on an ongoing basis to provide supplemental clinical coverage. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with consideration for a three-day/week option. Typical patient volume is about 10 visits per day, working alongside one physician and a multidisciplinary support team.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage adult hematologic and oncology patients in the clinic and infusion suite
- Oversee infusion cases and collaborate with infusion nurses
- Triage patient concerns with the oncology navigator and respond to patient messages and lab results via the inbasket
- Coordinate care with RNs (including a charge RN and oncology navigator), medical assistants, front desk staff, and interpreters as needed
Practice highlights & resources
- Outpatient setting with on-site lab and X-ray
- EMR: EPIC with Beacon
- Equipment: vitals machines, scalp cooling, IV pumps, vein finder, interpreter cart
- Support staff: 2 MAs, 2 front desk staff, infusion nurses, 1 oncology navigator RN, 1 charge RN
- Hospital privileges required

Requirements
- Active Oregon license
- Board-certified (AONCP)
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
