Duration: Contract (travel)

Rate: $1,700 per 40 hours
Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, no weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to long-term care and/or rehabilitation residents per facility protocols.
- Implement treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with assessments, ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and equipment recommendations.
- Maintain compliance with state and facility regulations and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year OTA experience
- Experience in Long-Term Care or Rehab settings
- Valid PTA license
- Valid Missouri license; compact licensure accepted
