Requirements:

Active RN license
Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Several years of clinical nursing experience required
Prior leadership or management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of assigned nursing unit
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff performance
Monitor patient flow, outcomes, and quality metrics
Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Develop and support staff education and competencies
Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
Manage budget, resources, and regulatory compliance
