- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call as needed
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures
- Assist surgical team during operations by passing instruments and supplies
- Sterilize and organize surgical instruments and ensure proper infection control
- Maintain accurate surgical counts and documentation
- Support post-operative room turnover and equipment readiness
