We’re seeking a Locum Tenens CRNA to join a hospital team in Florence, South Carolina, starting May 18, 2026, with an initial 90-day commitment and a strong likelihood of extension. This is full-time clinical coverage, with providers expected to cover 3–4 weeks per month.

Schedule and Coverage

• Combination of 5x8-hour and 4x10-hour shifts; flexibility is essential.
• Multi-site coverage within a 60-mile radius; candidates must be willing to cross-credential as needed.

Clinical Scope

• Adult patient population, general anesthesia cases.
• Required skills: general and regional anesthesia, advanced airway management.
• You’ll be the sole CRNA at times, so the ability to work independently and confidently is required.

Facility and Support

• Hospital-based practice (non-trauma center) using Epic for documentation.
• Standard anesthesia equipment and typical hospital support—specific specialty backup and support-staff details will be provided during credentialing/assignment discussions.
• This role is covering an existing FTE (backfill).

Credentials and Logistics

• Active South Carolina nursing license required.
• Hospital privileges are required; credentialing typically takes about 90 days.
• Adherence to a 60-mile radius policy is expected.
